Displays subunit-specific AMPA receptor regulation. Shows specificity only for GRIA1 and GRIA2. Thought to stabilize the calcium channel in an inactivated (closed) state. Belongs to the PMP-22/EMP/MP20 family. CACNG subfamily. |
