CDPX1 is a congenital defect of bone and cartilage development characterized by aberrant bone mineralization, severe underdevelopment of nasal cartilage, and distal phalangeal hypoplasia. This disease can also be induced by inhibition with the drug warfarin. Belongs to the sulfatase family. |
